Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will work with the project team during the bid process, supervise and participate in the planning and set-up of projects, work with the Project Manager/Project Engineer to develop project schedules and supervise activities of all field workers and subcontractors on assigned projects. An excellent Superintendent must be well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and have the ability to communicate with professionals at all levels of a project. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience as a construction superintendent, but all applications will be considered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Familiarity with quality health and safety standards
- Good physical condition and endurance
